Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at our support email with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts

  • Items returned after the 30-day period

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund at no additional cost

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your card provider or bank

  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
